Yes a 504 is dilution. A company can sell up to $1,000,000 on a 504.

Why do you or anyone else think that will not happen? Because they just ambushed shareholders with the R/S and they want deep pockets to invest. Therefore the drama must be over if they want credibility. They played their last card in pinkyland on the cusp of uplisting.

Now we will get to voice our wants and wishes, though they already know what we want...NFL, NASCAR, NHL...will not license a scam stock....MLB, VLC and the rest would pull their licenses...We are golden from here...

The company may be going private. They are not selling shares they may be giving them away to employees through stock options.
