From my own experience its just people who had shares, are impatient, and see another play and have to sell something for 100 bucks so they sell CTSO and buy some other stock. Thats usually what happens with these penny stocks. Which is dumb b/c thats what most shells are for. Buy and hold until they pop or even for R/S R/U's you have to wait. Though I do admit selling all my round ups too fast.
