Geo, phasing, according to Hurst, is basically the identification of cycle lows. The last six months were not making sense to me at the nominal 5W and 10W cycle levels. I re-phased this time period using actual cycle lengths that were somewhat longer than the nominal values as well as my prior actual average cycle length. In Hurst's analysis, the actual cycle lengths rarely match the nominal values. As airedale noted, my re-phasing required a sudden lengthing of the cycles which is somewhat unusual, but not unprecedent based on some of the examples Hurst provides.

The 9 month cycle is the same as the 40W cycle. Usually, when I refer to 9M or 40W, I'm referring to the nominal cycle.
