You seem to have a few connections in the company. Were you ever able to get a satisfactory answer as to why they lowered the warrant exercise price? Do you know which individuals had to sign off on this? It seems a breach of feduciary responsibility to me, but maybe they did have the power, and the rest of us are just out of luck.
