Lets not forget that Wheeler & Brisco' shares are not part of the 4,393,468 Aspen shares.

I would venture to quess that they make up a large portions of the 19,950,860 shares held by 320 US shareholders.

For what it's worth and I can't say for sure, I'm willing to bet US shareholders own less now than than at Aug 21, 2003. There has been a lot of volume since that report and I heard that certain brokers in Canada have bought at least 10 -15% (probably more) of the company for their clients. BTW, Stock is trading at 35 cents today on the TSE.

PS - The management of this company wants much more than a 20-30 cent stock and I think they will make decisions on our behalf that will move us towards their goals. We should not have to worry about voting against certain agendas.

I believe insiders own more than 8.5% of the outstanding shares in ASR today vs. Aug 21, 2003. I will try and confirm this though SEDI and/or other sources later.

In the meantime, ASR is $.35 bid $.365 ask in Toronto.
