Is there any evidence, that someone, anyone, no one is in charge of BKMP? We have a name. That's all. Nothing about him. Nothing to indicate he exists or doesn't exist. Some questionable email responses, but who knows where they really originated from?

Now, we should face the fact that this ruse worked for Sandy. He was able to "step down," and walk off the scene, unscathed, with whatever funds he gleaned in the process from his cadre of "investors." The lights may be on, but it doesn't appear anyone's home at BKMP. IMO.
