I suspect that the new investors from March of 2007 were pleased to hear of Calypte's July 2007 projections of 4.593 million in 2007 sales.

Now that they have heard that this will not be an actuality they may feel they were mislead..

Calypte has a history of credibility problems dating back to at least time of arrival by Tony Cataldo in 2002.
