For now, all the shares appear to be accounted for.. And it seems, from a brief reading of the 10-k about GTEC tech group. Wolfson does not like having his shares restricted..

There is a typical restriction clause when mergers occur, although I can not site it at the moment. Unless there’s an other 'subway-dot-dump-on-yaw' firm still outstanding. Still we are only talking about a tiny percentage of the whole float.

GTEC's shares are restricted too, and they would have to notify us, after the restriction period expires, (I think it's a year) if they were to dump. It's not a pinky yaw know..

Plus Crocker says he's prepairing us for up-lifting first half of 2008.. There's tons more good then bad..
