CRG is TheSubway.com. Will be interesting to see how these lawsuits play out. I bet they really thought they were getting a clean shell...new management can't be happy at all that they have to go through this BS.

It's difficult to understand the suites. On one hand it looks like they are targeted at the old company, and the report is primarily dealing with the old company, it appears there's two entities within one.. On the other hand, the new company seems to be ultimately responsible for the whole..

Wolfson also seems to be unwilling to accept his due shares, and wants more. too. Greedy?

Note; the suites target the old group members as well so it's a joined suite verses one souly against GTEC.. It seems to me GTEC Pharma is deliberately keeping a separation of the two,, So GTEC Tech group and its drawbacks do not effect GTEC Pharma.. or this is simply matters related to the final and complete, 'unclosed' GTEC Tech, group, pre-merger company.

And from the income expense statement, The suites are wasting their time and money..

GTEC Pharma quarterly has no mention of pending suites or previous difficulties, of this nature.

I am checking sources for clarification.
