Public Citizen's Health Research Group is one of Ralph Nader's outfits. While formerly held in some regard, they have lost a significant amount of credibility lately. They seem more interested in getting their name in the headlines than they do about any serious concerns.

More lawsuits against the FDA.... One more step closer to FDA mandated requirements of using pharmacogenomics to plan and implement clinical trials...

Google listed 126,000 references for lawsuits+FDA....

Time to protect themselves....lawsuits give the FDA nice incentive to accelerate the implementation of the pharmacogenomics component of pre-clinical and clinical studies... which, ironically, will help save thousands, if not millions of lives when implemented... Hmmmm? :>)

The FDA is getting real close...and DNAPrint Genomics is sitting on the BGA gold mine....
