odd company, upper managment has always been suspect to me. they all seem to of been tied to the hip with the old gangs from msev and frcd. alot of money changed hands over the years. praxis was a low blow, then the forward split when the shares were trading high enough to move to a higher board. i guess they didn't want that, personally i think it would of thwarted their insider money plans. i've been in and out of this one a few times, keeping and eye on it just incase some fresh air blows through. somthing like moving to the lower 50, american ceo takes over!
