IMTD - don't know, but it's getting a volume spike. It was expected some time ago that an acquisition was going to take place and once it didn't happen, I called the company to find out why.
I was told that there were some old shareholders from the old shoe company (the company prior to Imagitrend acquiring the shell) that were lurking, so the shell wasn't cleaned. The company said that they were working with the TA to straighten out who owns what shares and that that was holding up the acquisition.
This was weeks ago, so I am hopeful that they are close to resolving it and am dreaming that the volume spike may mean that it's done and buys are coming in as a result. I can't think of any other reason for the volume spike.
