Gibber...ST has corrected the disclosure situation ,at the End of every post he states such...and even thou he did not at first he did use his stocktiger handle...it would be very different it he was using several different alisis to pump the stock or some abscure name ..it was an oversight and it was corrected..
As for the shorting of the stock...well its not retail guys doing it...and i think they are done...there is little down side for NNRF now and with the fundementals improving one would be stupid to short it at this point...as for the IM being sued...well he has misrepresented many companies..take your pick...on one of his conference calls he had Bob Battis for LNGT on there...he spent the first 5 minutes of the CC talking about a spot he had removed from his penis...as the CC when on about 15 minutes in he when on a vulgar tyrade about how when LNGT was first brought to him he thought it was a POS blah ..blah...now he thinks its worth $8-$10 bucks...?...BOB was so taken back he had to compose himself and get back to what he was talking about...everyone on the CC was thinking the same thing BOB was...i just made a deal with crusty the clown...lol
