Yep being in a manager role like I was and even AUdad still is. We know how important it is to keep people informed. It creates confidence. That doesn't mean they have to give us a pr every week either. When a person high up doesn't inform his people it shows a lack of respect and destroy's confidence. The lack of communication with Slim Jim shows the lack of respect for his shareholders.
