I think Tom is wanting the pps to stay at a low level for some reason!!?? Maybe to allow certain people to accumulate..?? Or maybe because he just wants pps stability until the plan all comes together. No sense in going up to .03 then back down to .01 over and over, unless you're a flipper, then, that's what you're hoping for! But IMO Tom doesn't care about current pps that much as long as everything goes as planned! He knows what the future holds!! IMO :0)

I think Low came up with a theory that news could be held up to allow some of the bigger guys to get in cheap. Not sure if that would be the case, but never know.
