Anticipation will continue to build, not counting the move when we get the PR. It takes somebody willing to sell to drop
the price. Why sell? I'd wait til the PR.

The PPS is never going to get much lower before the PR comes through. There are over 200 boardmarks on the IAHL board. People are watching, and if the can get them cheap, they'll snatch them up.
