How do you get IN to the contest?

When I click on the contest, it takes me to a page where the "register now" button is hard to see. But, once I click on that, it asks things like my name and email and all that. Yet, there is no ability to fill in the blanks. they are there, but not "interactive".

So, how does one fill in the contest registration form??
