#46306 RE: AccipiterQ #46305

market maker manipulation, explained:

AccipiterQ, if we didn't have 4 or 5 market makers all stacked on the ask, each at the same price, day after day, do you think the stock might respond differently to news? if you don't even use level 2 how can you and a few others here say "i don't subscribe to this MMM theory"..?

believe me, if someone sees a strong PR but they think they need to hammer through several MMs just to uptick the stock it puts a damper on things. as the saying goes, "don't fight the tape." even the most bullish of us sees a L2 setup like this and we hold our powder for lower prices.

the manipulators know this and are robbing the bidwhackers blind while they soak up their shares on the bid. you think the ones rigging the trading right now don't like the PRs or the potential of the company? think again.

here's a screenshot from 1/10/08. who in their right mind would slap this ask?

now here's a screenshot from today's close. see any familiar MMs on the ask? notice the huge jump between .91 and 1.045..? once they load up and start pushing on the bid side, we'll be over a dollar again. jmho.

An email from the IR departmant not to long ago............

It is difficult for me answer your "old contracts / new business" question in parallel. Customers are numerous; but, by no means endless. So, it is not unusual to have the same customer ordering things for various projects - both new & old.

But, YES, the company is getting new business all the time, as was evident in the last 10-Q, showing quarter-over-quarter growth; and, the company is on-track to at least double last year's revenue - without Mako added in, I might add.

Hope to speak with you soon and discuss DPDW's latest activities.

In case anybody hasnt realized, the big dumpoff yall are referring to has already occured and that is why we have dropped.

MQPH ex directors have most likely sold all of their shares (upwards of 4M i believe) and maybe some other ex directors, but the big dumpoff yall are referring to has already occured.

Past tense. And it would seem to me here that the MM shorted it all the way down and are now covering it on low volume while trying to reduce the amount of buyers.
