Also, I know James and Eugene mentioned that the phone was answered indicating a different name, but does anyone know the nature of the change, aquisition, merger, etc.?

The name change has been in the works a long time .Not sure what why or when ,but it has been an idea for a long time.
I have not called lately ,so I have no new news. I would like some news any news :)
