If the mine had one billion in gold reserves you can be assured it would be number one over the bio fuel plant as that is a experimental industry at this point with no profitable companies to date... It requires HUGE amount os start up to get a refinery off the ground.
With ONE BILLION IN GOLD AND GOLD SELLING AT HISTORICAL HIGHS they is plenty of start up money?
