In my opinion the O/S is fairly low. They cancelled their landline operations because of govt changes and reduced profits associated with. NO Brainer, they want to focus on VoIP which brings in the extremely good profits.
For you saying "they have no employees but the 5 managers. How much support do they need to with only selling VoIP and trying to grow? Should they have 8-10 IT people and 30 people in customer service, another 300 in sales dept? I for one am glad they are not wasting profits on workers sitting around and doing nothing by doing the work themselves, shows a sign they are willing to work for their money and not just "eh, we can always sell billions more shares then reverse split" like some of the stocks out there!
Did you honestly even read their last 10Q filing? I am really waiting on this next one to find out what they got out of their landline service they sold/traded, plus what profits they made since getting out of that service because with VoIP it is probably 80% profit compared with 5% for landline.
