Sure, Spooz has employees, err, "Executives", and Spooz shareholders pay their salaries by buying stock issued in the many Reg D offerings since inception. Not to say shareholders pay their salaries directly (for as of yet nonexistant software), but rather buy the shares given to funders.
What Spooz apparently does NOT have, PR'd at least (and you'd think they would) are software developers, since the two of them left the company months ago.
Oh, they also apparently don't have software. But that's probably nitpicking.:) Anyway, we'll see by Jan. 31, right?
