It is strange to hire a new accountant at this time, now that I think about it. I like that someone is finally being held accountable for the filing problems (if that is why).
The reason I find it strange is that I called Sunncomm the last week in February and was told that QTIG numbers were ready to be filed and they were just waiting for the right time to do it. In fact at first she thought the numbers had already been filed with the SEC. The week later they hired a new accountant to do the 2003 numbers. 26 days before they are due to the SEC.
I sure hope they don't file for an extension with the SEC to file for QTIG. 3 1/2 weeks isn't along time do the audit and file.
