Poision Pill???? Thats why we need a Poision pill in place to keep from being bought out.Everyone needs to tell Terry this,unless you want to be bought out for 3 dollars a share and never have a real dollar to spend.I"ve brought this up before but nothing has happen IMA has bought 6 companys in the last year. Don"t you think we would feel so much safer with one in place? I am not a business man but I understand this .Why can"t bocx??? just more of my Dog poop.
