AccipiterQ, the reason i'm asking is that if you were watching level 2 the last several days you'd see how the stock is being manipulated. for example if there are 4 or 5 market makers parked at .94 on the ask, the stock won't move much on a PR because traders see that "wall" and are discouraged by it.
then, when the weaker hands who are holding see that the PR came out and the stock didn't move much, they bail out by hitting the bid, and in doing so they hand their shares to the same traders who are stacking the ask. conveniently, the manipulators have their own bids in to catch the stray bidwhackers that the wall provokes.
it's a very simple trap. this is how a "walkdown" hands money from the impatient to the patient.
if you think about it, this wouldn't be happening at all if lots of folks didn't appreciate the PRs and see value in the stock.
