Dawg, nobody could be more of an "insider" than Tony. In fact, anyone that works and gets paid to search for oil can be considered "insiders".
If the guy attaching the pipe see's an oil show, and buys stock IMMEDIATELY because he knows they have struck it, he is considered having "inside" information.
Someone willing to prostitute others to receive monetary compensation is called a what? Upon advise of others, Tony will not be posting information that MIGHT be construed as "INSIDER".
