Sam,

The O/S count was around 670million and now its at 730million. Why would management exercise all their options? They've never done it before. They're not selling are they cause they'll have to file with the SEC if they do sell. So why would they exercise all their options now? Is it cause its cheaper for them to purchase at this price?
