Anybody's guess, alba. With the huge o/s, and surely a few disgruntled shareholders, it could be normal selling....the volume is pretty low.

Company could well be slowly dumping a few shares....they've got plenty...and are under no obligation to report that I know of....I recall that in 2006, there were a couple REG DEX's filed......

dang it another dbl post, sorry...

the board is slow and I hit submit twice.....

to answer your question, on the main page . type NMCX, then quote, then trades........ choose pink rather than other OTC, then a bid/ask will come up, and the site gives an idea of buy versus sell volume.

albacora, I can't remember how I found it. I think I snagged it from another shareholder from a different stock.

It shows the current and precise "selling at the bid" and "buying at the ask" to explain the Drive Direction.

This program definitely shows the Market Sentiments from a totally unbiased point of view.

I think it's a Cool Tool, too~

opinion?

As far as the shares being sold into the Market;

When I was an NMCX Shareholder, I would get nervous about the constant dumping of shares. The shares were being sold and bought, but the Price would not increase.

I would call Charlie Hunt in Nashville and ask him about this extremely curious activity.

Charlie would always try to "soothe" me by saying that it's only "CHURNING BY THE MM'S" and that I should not be concerned about it.

I asked Andy Hill about it several times back then. I asked of the possibilities that the Company might be selling shares into the market.

He would always calmly explain that the Company has no revenues or income stream right now. He said that it was common practice for Companies to sell shares into the Market to help pay bills or increase inventories.

That's when I would call Mike Sheppard and confront him about it.

He always "acted" as though he had no clue what was happening.

The answer was always right in front of me.

The Company would start Rumors and Whisper into Larger Shareholders ears the possibilities of Great Things to Come.

Exactly like what is still going on now, only years later.

Do I think NMCX is still selling into their Self-starting Rumors and Whispers?

You Bet Ya!

P.S.

I wonder why the newest "Buyer" backed out before the deal even got started?

NMCX is 0 for Two!

LOL!
