Craven Alexander is the finance officer.
maybe he needs the money...
they probably aren't being paid outright, except in shares...
since he knows the business, this selling kind of indicates nothing to drive the stock price higher for a fairly long period of time.
He can put this money into something else and buy back later, assuming FXPE is actually going to go somewhere eventually..
the others are holding their shares.
It really is disturbing to see.

Class action impossible. This guy had free shares and is selling.

Doesn't mean it's right, but I don't think there is anything illegal about it. You can sell your shares at anytime too, that's the free market.

Again, this sucks for other investors, but that's the way it goes.
