Nah, they have enough of the buggy stuff they have to unload to an unsuspected public no need to push back anything.

What's going on here? How hard can it be to fix a logic bug? It's starting to look like something deeper and may require some major layout changes. AMD may be trying to fix this on the cheap rather than relayout the entire device.

Add to that this comment from AMD's CTO (he should know what's going on, right?):

"He also said that AMD is on schedule to come out with its 45-nanometer manufacturing process in 2009 as well."

That's a delay, right? AMD has been talking about their being 45nm parts in 2008...
