Looks like an error was made in that Forbes article you posted re Lou Charlton:
"Not enough information, however, to satisfy Lou Charlton, founder of another genetic analysis company called DNAPrint Genomics. Charlton's company can analyze not only DNA from maternal or paternal lineages, which aren't mixed in offspring, but also the rest of a person's DNA, which is combined randomly from the mother and father of every generation."
This may explain why I could not access this particular story though my search engine when it revealed Forbes as the source. They may have recognized the error and are revising. At least it seems to be the reason. I'm glad you posted it, though.
