charhorse, I understand your frustration. Most people never come to accept the fact that 99% of all penny stocks are a scam, some more obvious than others. It is human that we all want to believe in something which is why we often buy into the story of riches these penny stocks tell while dumping shares.

On almost every penny stock chart you pull up, the long term trend is almost always from the top left to the bottom right, the odds like in Vegas are already stacked against the little guy who can not short these stocks. These company's are penny stocks for a reason, to raise money, some more blatantly than others. People will criticize a stock like this because of dilution and CD's, I'm here to tell you 99% of the stocks trading from the subs to the single penny's are diluting shares in one form or another.

Though they all trend from the top left to the bottom right, they do not do so in a steady trend, there is almost always spikes and quick movement up along the way which are often very profitable. Call it institutions, MM's, or whoever you want but they have to create these movements up along the way in order to bring in buyers who believe they have a chance to make a few bucks if they time things right. If they did not create these spikes along the way and the stock consistently traded down day after day then no one would buy the stock knowing they would lose money.

In the case with OGOH and many others I play, the buyers have dried up as the downward trend has carried on for so long, there is no one else to distribute shares thus they must now create some sort of short term spike to attract new buyers and create once again demand, volatility, and liquidity. These are the things I see when I look at the charts and study the L2 trading. If they make that push up from this .005 level as I have speculated, I think that move will be a pretty good one. I think it could go as high as .05 but more than likely it will end between .0125 and .025 or .03. Either way, it will make a very profitable play for those who time it correctly.
