Thanks cyclone - This is an interesting statement. It appears based on this statement a reverse split isn't planned in order to uplist to the OTCBB.

We have no current plans for a reverse split or anything like that. When we hopefully uplist to the BB later this year we will assess where things stand at that time and make a decision on this.

Are these newly issued shares restricted as previously suggested?

I have no problem with the company issuing new shares as long as there is some kindred respect to existing a/s structure; that's why they went public in the first place. But if they repeat the statement that there will be no reverse split and then increase the a/s, he will know exactly what other pink sheet ceo’s do, cause he will be one-of-em.

Making the statement about up listing later this year is far more appropriate than ‘expect it soon’. Sarbanes-oxley(sp) compliance is no simple hurdle; better to know the height of the jump before buying the shoes for the approach. Well done, thanks cyclone
