Not really. They are there to draw attention and provide a sense of credibility. Nor are then transitory. Just wait and see -- there will be new blood coming in, but not as to displace the current people. Never forget the "old" come along w/ a lot of clout and money. That's important. Would a rational CEO let them go? No. He'd keep them around for purposes other than administration.
