I don't think it's enough to get too
worried about. Some of it is icemans, and other
arrangements(deals) that they need to make in order
to move forward.
When I spoke to BB last month he said that he had to
raise the funds to get on the OTCBB, so don't be surprised
if we see some more dilution.
