This pr is not meant primarily for us retail folks. I would say it was meant first and foremost for investment banks/energy analysts like Dahlman Rose imo.
Ultimately, imo I think DDI's strategy is to use institutional buying to get the share price at fair value as their business plan continues to be implemented. Savvy retail will go along for the ride.
