For that, New Investors must go through recent SEC filings and recent PR's/Shareholders Letter. They will get all they want. PTC's evaluations are not done on current but also on future projections/revenues/vision/Value/Growth etc with market multipliers ( 5-10x very conservative for SWVC)

What are you talking about? Newbies can just look in the Ibox or call the TA if they want to confirm the OS. What's in the OS is all that will be added to it for the time being. They don't need to sell anymore shares due to the financing PR they released today, as well as (if memory serves me correctly) some non-dilutive financing they received a month ago or so. They're also making money on their acquisitions which will also help pay for future developments.

On top of that, if you want to know true value, just wait 'til later this week when they release the audited financials on Hacketts and also check their previous financial documents.
