LOL! Jking as most of you know a Hearing to determine eligibility for a court appointed attorney is the normal procedure, that hearing is to determine whether or not James Plant has the Financial means to hire his own lawyer or to determine if he qualifies for a court appointed one, basically showing he is flat broke! and no means to pay for his own lawyer.
Knowles has stated over and over products are shipping! Doors are open, and phones are on! anyone call those phones today?
This is just another step in the Direction of Bankruptcy, I have stated all along it is not a matter of if, but when that Bankruptcy paperwork is filed and it would not surprise me if it already has been filed or about to happen.
Of course anyone with an ounce of common sense looking at the only known reseller of ckys products, that being Cyberkey with only 3 flash drives on a website with practically zero webtraffic then it is not hard to figure out that this company has not been making any money for a very long time.
I give this weeks or a month tops before the doors are closed and the lights off with Bankruptcy filed for by james Plant.
