Monkish most of the Fiancial Institutions are even more conservative with what is going on in todays loan world. Banks are treading ever so lightly especially with new borrowers with no established history of sorts with the lending institution. In my opinion Wells must think very highly of the plan TS outlined to them for the use of the LOC $'s.
