I give you an update: the company is running out of money, has diluted it stock way too much, is run by people that have been / are incapable of running a ice cream cart much less than a publically traded biotech, have overpaid just about every person that we have ever hired (including rap star producers, lol).

The stock has no real reason to go up because the people that have watched it slide are still in charge and have 0 (zero) incentive to give up power. Even if they do hand one of the leadership roles off, the same people will still have control and some type of title (like Master patent filing CEO Chairman).
