I'm in no position to have a lawsuit placed on myself, so I have no interest in revealing classified information, but H has raised $1 million so far in preferred series C stock, (what he did with the money who the hell knows) and is on his second run to gather the second $1 million of preferred series C stock. Common stock doesn't really raise much money in comparison to $25,000 blocks.
