Opportunity, I am not going back into the filings to verify all of this but here is essentially what happened on the agreement with ProtoKinetics.
BioCurex gave them a limited license to use RECAF for therapeutics in return for some cash and shares. The agreement was ammended issuing more shares to BioCurex. The French study on breast cancer and RECAF was then done by ProtoKinetics to validate the RECAF technology. ProtoKinetics then inlicensed an antigen from the company you referenced.
About a year after the amended agreement, ProtoKinetics ceased any work on the antigen with only one comment in their filings in 2005 stating that they would concentrate their efforts in another direction.
The total number of shares agreed upon have never been delivered.
