In a normal business shareholders, management and especially the Board of Directors would force this issue. But it is very clear that this is Jimmy's world, and everyone must play by his rules. Consequently, he seems to have surrounded himself with yes men and others who are afraid of him. The share structure is such that no one will ever have the shares necessary (other than Garland Harris)to have any clout. On that note, Harris' first of several hundred stores should be open by now - no? That construction picture on the website is at least 8 weeks old. Has anyone been by 123 Main Street recently to check it out? :-)
