I don't find it problematic. All stocks go up and down; down and up. That's what traders do, buy and sell; sell and buy.

Dillution is what happens with start up companies do to raise capital. Less 1 billion here. Personally, I find that many otc stocks play excellently with much more, but I'm greatfull it is so low now.

When ANY stock has a large spike at the end of the run, there will be sellers. Making money is the name of the game.

Spike and retreat? What is really so portentous about that??
That is what stocks do?

Our task is to find the entry points and the exit points.....

You may have a point bman007, every time it spiked I held on only to have it retrace (I bought into the over .10 posts). Last small spike to .02 had a retreat to ≈0.01. It is hard to see this going to .50 even though it would be great. We need to stop attracting flippers and more long term investors with real facts from filings and PR and not “.50 IMO” without being able to back up that statement.

BMan Think before posting. Everytime you post you change just a little. As far as spikes and retreats, the stock was only going up and down on rumors and hopes and flippers.. There was nothing but an empty shell. Now we are established, documents are coming, As far as being back to a nickle where we started I can,t see that we are no where near a nickle. I wish we were!! On a personal note; IMO.. Tom is likened unto my father in law.. He has the political clout, contacts, and the ability to have walked thru KK's mess and see what's wrong. He probably said to himself,," I CAN FIX THAT " You're trying to mix what happened into what is happening to suit your own agenda. So don,t knock what you don,t really understand.
READ=READ=READ...IMO

Nothing wrong with healthy skepticism...

but to be clear, there was dilution to pay off legacy debt (the vast majority) and dilution to fund asset acquisition. We also know it hasn't happened to maintain cash-flow. We just don't yet know about the details of the assets on the other side of the dilution. Pause, reflect on it a minute - what do you think will happen when the value on the other side of the deal is announced? PPS will correct up! Accum/Distribution says it all! You've come this far....and apparently didn't sell. If you pack yer bucket and spade, you don't stop short of the beach do you?

All imo.
