Dick IYO, does Naked short selling take place? Do FTD's exist? You seem to imply that these things do not and never have existed. Do you feel ,in this electronic trading age, that NSS can be done by circumventing Reg Sho? If the answer to these are Yes why do you seem to imply that it's not a problem in the markets today and why do you not feel it necessary to rail against this practice?
