Rae...i see clearly the point you made in reguards the 144s...what i said is anyone doing so will have a decision to make soon.i am not saying they ""must cover""as their resrtricted stock can cover them indeffinantly....but there is a situation coming up that might cause some to jump in to cover...ill explain when it happens.

I agree with you that you need to know the next move before they make it. I learned that in NY you need to be 10 steps ahead of your customer to survive. I wish I knew all of what you know to be a better investor. You do understand how this game is played. I bet you are lawyer with security exchange experience.
I think you are right about the MO of the management. So I hope to be ok. I get the feeling you have done the smell test on them. At the Merriman, Curhan, Ford invetment conference this fall in SF(I was lucky to get in) I had lunch with one of the investment bankers. He said you have be face to face with the management to do the 5 minute smell test meaning you have to know if they are for real or just fast talking smooth promoters. According to him this is the most important part of investing - what is said or reported is in material. I get the filling the management team passed the smell test with you. I hope you can help them in the future. Thanks again for the support. You have to admit some of the PR blunders do make it smell like the rest of the pk sheet stocks if you did not know the potential and the management team. I know the potential which no one wants to talk about here but not the management. All of this garabe about each individual and a waste of time if they passed the smell test. It looks like they have for you.
