the last one had a RS due to the BK proceedings and the very high OS ( 12 billion). I agree with you that the symbol change could be a hint of the buyer they are already working with. I haven't done research in DE to see when Dynasty was incorporated, but it sure looks like we're heading towards being bought an energy related company
