The OPEX platform is the reason NYMEX invested in the first place... I'm not going to comment on the buyout rumor, as I have absolutely no info on it, but the end of tax loss selling is what attracted me to it and the new directors they hired and the fact that they have a 5 year OPTION deal for services.

I don't know who released BMO's loss which has something to do with OPBL in the beginning. Will any brokerage firm to release it's client's loss to public? My capital gain or loss has nothing to do with my brokerage firm. Maybe someone was on purpose to bash this company.
