Maybe but it looks like the tide is turning, imo. If they could just get something done, everything will change here. Hopefully Saratovneftegeofizika will happen soon. (If they have bank $50m approval then that's something to get excited about, considering current market value here...)

Nite - 105.000 = 11 %
