Wiff: those have not been appealed. therefore the only way those charges would be lifted is under a scenario that they get a jury trial, essentially rendering the summary judgement moot. Those charges would have to re-litigated. And the SEC would most likely re-charge RA, Gundy and USXP with all the other charges they dropped.
